3. Apply the "Human-in-the-loop" principle to all AI-generated council content
4. Turn rough notes or a draft into clear, polished council content using ChatGPT
5. Identify and correct AI errors before they appear in official council documents
6. Identify what information must never be entered into ChatGPT to protect your council and comply with GDPR
